- Spa guests must be 17 years of age or older. Salon services are available to guests 16 years of age or younger when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may have a shortened service time or may require rescheduling based on availability.
- We will provide a plush robe and slippers for all spa treatments.
- We recommend that guests wear a bathing suit for wet treatments
- No cell usage is allowed beyond the reception area. It is our goal to provide a peaceful atmosphere in the spa. Please silence or turn off all cell phones during all spa treatments.
- A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
- We request the courtesy of a 24-hour notice in the event a service appointment needs to be cancelled. A 100% no-show fee will apply in the event advance cancellation notice is not given. Appointments booked on the same day of service will be assessed a no-show fee should cancellation become necessary.
- Please inform us, prior to your service, of any medical condition and/or special needs
- Day-use lockers are available for your personal belongings. We regret, however, that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
- ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL (including all packages and gift certificates) NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
- Gratuities for the spa staff are not required but always welcomed.
